1. Do I need to have an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, there are some advantages to having an account with us:

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery. When this payment method is selected, the recipient is required to pay for the shipment at the time of delivery, rather than by credit card.
The accepted terms and methods of payment vary depending on the payment terms in the purchase agreement and may allow for cash or electronic payment.
3. Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address instead of your work address, as we do not know how long the customs department at the destination will hold the package.
4. How long does delivery take and how can I track my shipment?
Delivery time depends on the delivery option you have chosen. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
